Testing

Design reports often include a Testing section to verify that the design meets the specifications. Because the design and testing teams are different in most companies, this section is often in the form of a laboratory report that is included as an appendix. However if the testing is brief or pertains only to a specific part of the complete technical system, it can be included in this section of the main body of the report. No matter where it appears, it should follow the outline of a laboratory report.
